i never said to follow all his suggestions, i said there are lot of ppl benefited from low lectin diet. There are actually several other doctor that discussed about avoiding lectin diet

it's true that lectin inhibit cancer, not all lectin destroyed by cooking. I'm not really know about dr gundry diet, but i watch one of his interview and he actually recommended plant based diet (few animal product). Do you know that milk, egg, seafood and other food that cause allergies is also high in lectin?

i have tried it all, what interesting is i have a worse effect after eat sprouted oat than cooked oat. It's true that there are lots of cause of a disease, but for me avoiding lectin definitely the best for now

Rather than bashing something wrong, i recommend that you tried the low lectin diet first (especially if you have autoimmune condition). If you have problem with acne and anxiety on whole food vegan diet, lectin might be the root cause

what is your other problem beside bloating? Since you are new to vegan, there is some other thing you need to know beside the important of b12 supplements. 1. You need to eat iodine food source, and the reliable source of iodine is probably from seaweed family. If you don't get enough iodine, you'll have problem with your thyroid that will cause fatigue, hard to lose weight, constipation, feeling cold, etc. 2. It's better to supplement with dha epa algae, because there is no vegan dha epa food source and the conversion of omega 3 to dha epa is low. 3. Do some study about your diet, does your daily food already meet/or near the daily recommendations amount of nutrition or not.

what's is your argument ? There is some other study and lots of article about it. Basicly its all about microbiome disruption, it cause growth in some species of bad bacteria, and there is definitely lots of bad thing for health if you eat glyphosate contained food. And from my personal experience, eat organic oat + flax really make a huge difference than eat the non-organic.

If your oat and flaxseed isn't organic, it might be cause by glyphosate (pesticide). Lots of vegan food high in glyphosate (oat, flaxseed, tofu, beans, some grains, etc) so it will be better to buy organic. The pesticide kill your good bacteria, so it cause bloating and mild constipation.
