a couple things that can increase your cholesterol are oils, especially coconut oil, and saturated plant fats. Also, I think Dr.G did some videos on coconut products. Seems even whole coconut can increase cholesterol. Might also try avoiding high fat plant foods, like avocados.

If its truly a vegan diet then coconut butter and oils might be the culprit....
